Club OS

Your crew. One operating system.

Stop juggling spreadsheets, group chats, and five different apps. Club OS is where directors schedule recurring runs, members see what is next, channels stay organised, and live arcade games feel like part of the same brand—not a bolt-on.

Inside the app

Club night on the live radar

A tuned preview: tempo session on the map, arcade in the middle, watch HUD on the right—same stack your members already use for pickup squads.

Operations directors actually use

Built around weekly rhythm: publish, remind, show up, debrief—without losing the hype of live GPS games.

Calendar

Recurring events

Standing weekly sessions, one-off races, and club-wide announcements stay visible so drop-off rates fall and RSVPs make sense.

Channels

Club chat & threads

Dedicated spaces for pace groups, city chapters, or coach notes—so WhatsApp noise does not drown the plan.

Live

Hosted arcade & squads

Run Turf War, Alleycat, or Infection as club property: same codes, same spectator map, same energy as pickup games—scaled to your roster.

Race ops

Virtual Tape timing

Admins set a finish line and Runwiv calculates each runner's exact finish time — accurate results without timing chips or hardware.

Discovery & onboarding

Help new runners find you and land in the right channel the first time.

Club search

Every public club gets a page that runners can find on Google and share in community posts — search for a local crew.

Join flows

Club join links and QR codes drop new members straight into the right screen — the same smooth experience runners already use for squad lobbies.

Trust, safety & moderation

Live location and social features need adult supervision at scale.

Safety tools

Moderation & reporting

Club leaders can report members, manage access, and control how live location is shared — see also privacy & safety.

Invites

Respect runner consent

Join links and friend invites sit alongside privacy settings so individuals choose when they are reachable for live sessions — not the other way around.

Waivers, calendar sync & dues

Production-grade club ops in the Runwiv app—this page is the high-level story.

Waivers

Club + event signatures

Admins publish a club-wide waiver; optional per-event waivers can be required before signing up for a race. Under-18 member controls included; export member data anytime.

Calendar

Calendar sync for members

Members get a private subscribe link so the full club schedule — or a single event — appears in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar automatically.

Dues

Membership dues tracking

Track payment status, notes, and membership tiers in-app. Card payments for dues are on the roadmap — register interest from the app to be notified when it launches.

For day-to-day editing, use the in-app club management dashboard (signed-in) alongside pricing & trials.

What members experience

They do not need a PhD in your ops stack—just the app and the next run on their calendar.

See the next club run and tap in from notification or channel pin (tier-dependent).
Join live games or squad sessions hosted by the club—often free on Basic while the club carries hosting.
Finish through a defined line when the event uses Virtual Tape, with official results stamped from the crossing rather than a manual tap.
Share spectator links to friends who only need a browser.
