What is live today
The plans below describe the current hosted web and app experience as shipped today. Manual club dues tracking is live now; card processing and some Strava preference toggles are still roadmap items and are labelled that way wherever they appear.

The center phone shows a stylized plan picker; squad radar and watch HUD stay on the sides so pricing never feels disconnected from the live product.

Solo runners: grab Basic or ride the Pro trial for full hosting and watch HUD. Directors: start the Club OS trial, host three arcade games on us, and show your members what live Runwiv feels like before you pick a tier.
Download the app and get full Pro access — unlimited hosting, premium Apple Watch HUD, Route Studio, and The Equalizer — completely free for your first 4 live runs. No credit card needed upfront. After your 4th run, you can subscribe to Pro or continue on the free Basic tier with no data lost.
Live multiplayer running requires high-speed, real-time server tracking so your friends can see exactly where you are. To keep the app fast and ad-free, unlimited live hosting is reserved for Pro and Club OS users. Joining a game hosted by a friend is always 100% free.
No — the app works fully without an Apple Watch on both iOS and Android. The Watch adds a dedicated HUD showing live pace, heart rate, distance, and gap-to-target, plus haptic Hype Bomb notifications so you feel the crowd mid-run. It's a great add-on but not a requirement.
Yes. Cancel Pro or Club OS at any time through your account settings or directly via the App Store / Google Play subscription page. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
All your routes, run history, and club memberships stay intact. On Basic, you'll revert to 1 saved route (your others remain viewable), 1 spectator link per month, and join-only access for multiplayer games. Nothing is deleted — you can resubscribe and everything picks up where you left off.
Yes, completely. Anyone with your spectator link can open the live map in a browser with no Runwiv account and no app install. They can watch the live positions, see the leaderboard, and drop Hype Bombs — all without paying a thing.
Your club will pause hosted-game and event-scheduling abilities until the Club Director selects a tier (Crew, Squad, or Marathon). You won't lose any data, chat history, routes, or channel messaging history. Members can still use the app and join games hosted by individual Pro users.
Nope. If your Club OS is on the Squad or Marathon tier, the club pays for hosting. Members on Basic can still join all your club's live games, events, and spectator moments for free — the club subscription covers everyone.
Absolutely. Solo running, ghost pacing, Strava sync, and Route Studio all work without a crew. You can also spectate other public sessions and join open arcade games to find the competitive energy without a fixed group.
